TIME: Dealer Set-up: 7:30 - 10 (no dealing before early entry); Early Entry 8 ­ 10 am ; Open to the Public 10 am ­ 4 pm; Dealer take-down 4 ­ 5 pm, and not before 4 pm.

EARLY ENTRY AND REGULAR ADMISSION: There will be an early entry privilege from 8 am ­ 10 am for $20. Regular admission will be $5 from 10 am ­ 4 pm.

PLACE: Hilton Garden Inn, 1800 Powell Street, Emeryville, California, 94608 (off I-80 near the East side of the Bay Bridge - download a map), 510-658-9300– rooms are discounted for MPM Presents participants Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, i.e., April 19 - 20, 2008. Make reservations a month ahead of time if possible.

COST: $195 for wall and end tables; $175 for each interior table. All tables are "six foot" tables (size 6' x 3') except end tables, there are four, and they are 8' x 3'.

PAYMENT AND TABLE ASSIGNMENTS: This is a first time show in this space, so make a request for where you'd like to be, but spaces are sold "first come, first served." Whenever possible, we will try to provide you with the space you request, honoring veteran dealers whenever possible. Placement of tables are ultimately based solely on the discretion of the promoter.

SALES TAX RESALE NUMBER: Everyone MUST HAVE A RESALE NUMBER to sell at this show. Dealers hereby agree that they will pay any fines, penalties or costs associated with any failure to obtain necessary resale permits in a timely manner. Forms for seller’s permit can be obtained by calling 1-800-400-7115 for reseller information.There are no exceptions to this obligation. The fine is $10,000, and if you fail to obtain your resale number, you hereby agree to pay said fine and any others that are assessed.

HELPERS: Each dealer is welcome to have one assistant unless otherwise expressly arranged with management.

CANCELLATION: Dealers may cancel their table reservations without penalty prior to March 20, 2008, but will incur a $50 charge thereafter.

ACCOMMODATIONS AND SHUTTLE: Accommodations are available at the Hilton Garden Inn at a special rate to show participants; Days Inn, 1603 Powell, Emeryville, CA 94608, 510-547-7888. A shuttle service is available at a modest charge from the San Francisco or Oakland airports.

DEALER TAKE-DOWN: Each dealer agrees to wait until the show closes before breaking down his or her space unless otherwise expressly agreed with management.

MISCELLANEOUS RULES: 1. Please be discreet with sexually explicit images. 2. Please do not block aisles with chairs. 3. Please describe images accurately or not at all, i.e., if you don't know, don't pretend you do.
